This is not an anti- piracy measurement, it's just a new video partition that also contains the NXE update. They had to place it in the video partition because it's over 120MB big, previous updates were only 7MB or so. BTW current methods do alllow the new games to run, but it's not recommended to use those methods. Updates to the 'safe' methods should arrive this week. Get your facts straight!
