Battlefield: Bad Company 2 To Feature WWII Levels

Published ESRB ratings certifcate for Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and by the looks of it, the title will feature both modern-day and historical battles.

“In single-player mode, players conduct missions on an unnamed Japanese island during World War II and then move into the modern day through jungles, deserts, and snowy terrain,” states the ESRB.

The wording on the rating suggests it won’t be a flashback level, instead we get an establishing level which well lead into the setting of modern-day, which we’ve seen in through screenshots and trailers.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is heading for a release date on 5th March for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
